Today, it is an honour to have signed the comprehensive agreement on lasting friendship in the same spirit. In addition to the Joint Defence Agreement signed on 21 February 2019, this agreement is a solid proof of our commitment to maintaining our centuries-old relationship in a new era of cooperation and sharing expertise and experiences that will benefit future generations, including in the fields of human relations, technology, science, education, health , culture, innovation, prosperity and growth, and fishing and agriculture.
