The total budget for co-financing projects is estimated at EUR 1,000,000 per specific grant agreement. The duration of the Framework Partnership Agreement is four years between 2017 and 2021. The Commission`s financial support must not exceed 85% of the eligible costs. This appeal seeks to establish a framework partnership between the Commission and the participating Copernican States to finance actions that: legal or financial entities with legal or financial ties to applicants who are not limited to the measure and who have not been created solely for the sole purpose of its implementation may participate, as related companies, in the executive members of the Caroline Hershel Partnership Framework Agreement. Actions include activities to welcome domestic and international users, as well as commercial solutions and innovative products and applications.
